The studio/apartment is excellent for singles or couples, with a bedding configuration of either two king singles or a super king bed (please advise your preference on booking). With excellent access to the river, parks, walking trails and all that Arrowtown has to offer.
The studio/apartment includes a kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is also a large TV with Netflix.The studio/apartment is a brand new beautifully finished apartment with both shower and large bath for soaking in after a great days skiing, tramping or biking. Full laundry facilities are available on request for selected items.
Guests have their own private entrance, but please note that the flat is attached to our family home. Both house and studio/apartment are extremely well privatised from each other. No compromise was made in regards to sound proofing, but please expect a normal amount of noise when entering and exiting our home generated by a happy family of 3 between the hours of 7am and 10pm
