Located on Threpwood farm, close to Arrowtown, Queenstown and lake Hayes.
With its stunning rural outlook, you won’t want to leave. The main level features an open plan living and dining space, fully equipped modern kitchen and views towards Coronet peak.
There are two outdoor living spaces accessed from this level. One is home to a hot tub with views of both Coronet peak and the Remarkables. On the main level you’ll find two generous bedrooms, both have king beds and a bathroom each.
The lower level is home has two bedrooms, The first has a set of bunks perfect for the smaller people. The second has twin beds. You’ll also find a full laundry and boot room on this level.
Things to note Children- there is an unfenced farm pond very close to the home. Due to this, we recommend no children under 8. Fires- Not available currently.

Orchard- help yourself to anything that is ready. There is a small structure that looks like a wee house. It is a beehive. Please warn children and keep away.
